Head Culinary Gardener.

Duties include;

  • Will organize, manage and maintain the different elements of the garden using organic and natural methods
  • Select the produce to grow with the chefs based on seasonality
  • Keep constant communication with the kitchen on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintain the existing gardens but also have the willingness and vision to keep pushing the boundaries further
  • In charge of the well-being of the livestock (food, water, rotation, collection)
  • Taking guests on tours of the garden and livestock
  • Keep records of the production and yields of vegetables
  • You may have to use small machinery if needed
  • The Garden needs to be kept tidy and tour ready at all times
  • Organize your own day and time schedule plus that of your team

To join us you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years running a commercial farm. Experience with keeping chickens, pigs, and bee’s is preferable
  • Minimum level 5 Organic Horticulture
  • Exceptional standards

Chef de Partie

We are currently looking for a dedicated and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, your duties would include running and maintaining your section, at all times ensuring that the highest standards are maintained and that the your kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy.
